Terms of service
These terms govern the work Wescalab offers. Working with the agency means you accept them.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Purpose
These terms set how Wescalab (We Scale Lab), the "Agency", works with any person or company that hires it, the "Client". They apply to the growth-marketing work the Agency offers.
2. Services
The Agency offers:
- Paid performance — running and adjusting campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and TikTok Ads.
- Organic growth — SEO strategy and execution, technical audit, content and link building.
- Growth systems — websites, conversion-rate work (CRO) and AI automation.
- Growth strategy — advice, a growth audit, and data-led support.
- B2B lead generation — outbound prospecting (ICP, lists, sequences, CRM, meetings), including multichannel prospecting with La Growth Machine (LinkedIn and email). La Growth Machine is third-party software. Wescalab is neither an official partner nor a certified reseller.
Scope, deliverables and goals are set in the proposal the Client accepts before any work starts.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted for the scope of the work. Unless the proposal says otherwise:
- Invoices are monthly and due within 15 days of receipt.
- Payment is by bank transfer or another method agreed in writing.
- If a payment is late, the Agency may pause the work until it is settled. That pause is not, by itself, the end of the contract.
4. Term and ending the work
How long an engagement lasts is set in the proposal. If the proposal is silent:
- Either party may end the work with 30 calendar days' written notice to contact@wescalab.com.
- If one party seriously fails its obligations, the other may end the contract in writing, without notice.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds work as follows:
- Cancellation before the work starts: if the Client cancels before the work has actually begun, the fee is refunded in full within 14 business days.
- Work already underway: work already done, and the current month, are not refundable. If the collaboration stops mid-month, that month is still due in full.
- Ad budgets: ad spend (Meta, Google, TikTok) stays in the Client's own ad accounts. It does not pass through Wescalab and is outside this refund policy.
- Setup fees: onboarding, audit and technical setup fees are not refundable once that work has been delivered.
6. Best efforts, not a promised result
As is usual in digital marketing, the Agency's work is a best-efforts obligation, not a promise of a specific result. Wescalab will apply sound practice and real care toward the goals you agreed. Results still depend on things the Agency does not control: the market, the Client's product, seasonality, and what competitors do.
7. Confidentiality
Each party keeps confidential what is shared for the work, including ad and analytics access, marketing plans, customer data, performance figures and financial information. That duty continues after the work ends.
8. Intellectual property
Deliverables made for the engagement (ad creative, landing pages, reports, dashboards) become the Client's property once that work is paid in full. Wescalab's methods, frameworks, internal processes and own tools stay the Agency's, and may not be copied without written permission.
9. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by force majeure as that idea is generally understood (natural disaster, pandemic, armed conflict, or a major outage at a third party such as Meta, Google or Cloudflare).
10. Changes to these terms
Wescalab may update these terms. Changes apply once they are published on this page. Work already underway stays on the terms accepted when it was signed.
